He is also President of several other real estate developments and real estate holdings. He has extensive experience in managing MIC’s with an exemplary record. Angelo was the President and CEO of Canadian Underwriting Services since 1979 which he built to being one of the largest insurance inspection companies in Canada, before selling to Real Matters in 2010. After retiring from iv3CUS and Real Matters in 2016, Angelo focused on the growth of his realty portfolio which currently holds over 150 commercial and residential doors.

Colleen is also the original founder of STEVLOC Management Inc. (Exempt Market Dealer). Colleen's educational and business expertise supports strong mortgage lending and investment knowledge. Colleen's educational background, investment background, lending background and management experience brings great strength to oversee the day to day operations of the Corporation.
